Sex Gone Viral 4: This Week’s Salacious Stories

Another week another Sex Gone Viral news semi-naughty news roundup.

The Anthony Ammirati Camsoda Experience

We start with a story that truly popped up all over the news this week and that we explored in depth here. Pole vaulter Anthony Ammirati got ‘hung’ up during the descent of his 5.70-meter jump.  And much has been made of why.

This week Camsoda offered $250,000 to Anthony if he would perform a 60-min cam show, to reveal even further what supposedly got in the way of the man’s last Olympic attempt.

More possible porn banning

As we also reported here and here, India and Indonesia took further steps this month to ban search engine searches where searchers might be searching (or will simply trip across) nude or graphic sexual material. In India Google is on the chopping block, in Indonesia it is DuckDuckGo.

Froggy digits

A new paper from Molecular Ecology reports that a study has found that male poison frogs might actually use their swollen fingertips to pass pheromones into their female counterparts during froggy canoodling.

According to the “Sexy fingers: Pheromones in the glands of male dendrobatid frogs” report male Neotropical poison frogs seem to have one finger swell during mating, which they place near the nose of the female frog they connecting with during the act. Researchers suspect that the male frog might indeed be transferring some kind of pheromone to the female to make her more receptive to his amorous advances.

It’s long been thought that frogs use various vocalizations to communicate (as anyone ever tromping through a swamp or a backyard pond might agree) but this new detail suggests another way frogs might make their intentions known.

Pillowcase slowdown

In another story we brought you this week, The Couch company launched three different “reverse sex aid” pillows, to help men with premature ejaculation last longer.

One pillow features the likenesses of Donald Trump and Joe Biden, along with statements of their polices, another baseball stats and yet another the scientific periodic table. The ‘light reading’ of these pillows is said to distract a male as he nears blast off.

Big brother is watching in San Diego

The new Skywatch Tower in San Diego looks over what many consider a well-trampled sex worker byway of that city. Hoping to catch people in the negotiation of a pay-for-sex transaction, the tower has been getting a lot of coverage this week, as well as a sure amount of criticism…one point being, with how much coverage the tower is getting street sex workers will simply ply their wares elsewhere.

As the law currently stands, two people meeting on the street, even when one gets in another’s car, and even when one person hands another cash, is not an illegal act. Watchers from San Diego skies would need to see a lot more to make an arrest.

OnlyFans and the Olympics

As you will see here, a bunch of Olympic athletes are also OnlyFans content creators. While these portals, of which there are plenty online now, do have a reputation for more salacious material, there doesn’t seem any of this yet from Olympic athletes...
