Truffle butter is a slang term for the tan substance that’s created when fecal matter combines with vaginal lubrication and seminal fluids. This can occur when anal sex is followed immediately by penetrative vaginal sex. Making truffle butter is not recommended because the anus contains bacteria that should not be introduced to the vagina as it may lead to infection.
Truffle butter is, of course, also a compound made with butter and truffle mushrooms. The term as used in a sexual context is therefore tongue-in-cheek, as it compares this expensive delicacy with something much more taboo.
