When you look at somebody like Bree Mills, of Adulttime.com, you find a lady entrepreneur into all kinds of stuff. From scene directing to podcasting to PR, she is a powerhouse in the adult field. Then we see somebody like Sadie Summers a porn star and ex-National Level bodybuilder, who keeps up her training (her amazing body is a testament to this) as she still does what she calls her “nursing thing."
And then there’s Rachel Steele. A twenty-year veteran of the adult industry, this mom of two manages two side hustles. One, she is a Vegan Street Activist and also a whole food plant-based certified nutritionist transition coach.
And mega XXX star Dani Daniels. She’s an amazing artist, owns an art gallery, and a speakeasy, has a coffee line, (she owns the coffee company, in fact), and has multiple coffee shops.
Wow!
And did you know that Johnnie Keyes, best known for appearing in the classic Behind the Green Door, got out of porn and in retirement became a jazz singer and ran a youth outreach basketball camp?
We see all the time how porn stars slip into mainstream movies. I remember seeing Sasha Grey on “Entourage,” (playing herself) and Traci Lords and Katie Morgan have been in a score of movies from legit directors. But how many of them are into other things while working in the adult field or get into wholly different careers when retiring?
It’s really amazing.
Above & Beyond
I’m always surprised at how even the casual fan on LiveJasmin thinks my gig camming is all I do. It is a lot of what I do, and I love it, I really do. But connecting with my fans is just a part of my life. Sure, the wildest part, but not all there is to what I am and what I do. And like Mick Blue above (and believe me, I’d grab any chance I could to have Mick Blue above me!) I have a full rich life, full of many interests. And I believe all those interests, that full life, make me a better cam girl in the end.
