Easier Couch Sex Positions
First, let's acknowledge that what's "easy" for one person may be anything but easy for another person. Physical disabilities, body shape and size, and physical fitness levels all impact whether a particular person finds a sex position "easy" or "difficult."
That being said, these couch sex positions are accessible for most body types and ability levels, and they can pretty easily be adapted to accommodate all different body types and ability levels.
Here are a few of our favorite "easier" couch sex positions.
The Love Seat Position
In this position one person sits on the couch facing outwards while their partner mounts them face-to-face. The Love Seat position is one of those sex positions that feels much better on the couch instead of a bed. Why? Because both partners have the support they need to maintain the position for as long as they want! The penetrating partner gets a lot of back support from the couch, while the mounted, receiving partner can use the seat of the couch to support their legs and lean into their partner to support their torso.
This position is also great for folks of all genders. For two women or people with vulvas, the Love Seat position can involve a strap-on dildo, a vibrator, or some vulva to vulva grinding action. For two men or people with penises, this position is great for anal penetration, either with a penis or a toy. The penetrating partner can lean back and enjoy the support of the couch as they hold their partner's legs to help them balance. The receiving partner is doing a lot of work, for sure, but the payoff is worth it. The Backwards Slide position provides an angle of penetration that's tough to achieve in any other sex position, and it feels amazing. Since most beds are too high for the receiving partner to bend back and reach the floor, the couch is the best place to try this challenging, but incredible position.
