While the genitals (vulva, clitoris, breast, scrotum, penis, foreskin, and perineum) are universally recognized as erogenous zones. Areas of increased arousal inducing sensitivity exist, to varying degrees, all over the body. Some of the most common non-genital erogenous zones are the neck, scalp, ears, clavicle, and mouth although many others exist.

More About Erogenous Zone

Erogenous zones can vary from person to person. One person may find stimulation of a body part arousing while another finds it irritating. Partners need to work together and communicate to discover each other's erogenous zones and learn how each partner enjoys being touched. Spending time exploring a partner's body without focusing on the genitals will give each partner a chance to see what feels good to their partner.
