Female-to-neutrois or FTN is the name for one type of neutrois individual (an individual who falls outside the gender binary). FTNs are people who were born with physical characteristics that cause society to identify them as female (breasts, rounded hips, high voice) and work to rid themselves of these identifiers.
In some cases, trauma, such as sexual abuse, may bring on an extreme hatred of the genitals, but that is not always the case. Some FTNs may desire surgery such as hysterectomy, oophorectomy, and vaginal nullification. Others simply consider the genitals irrelevant because they are hidden by clothing.
Some identify neutrois as a gender unto itself; others consider themselves agender or without gender.
