More About Guilt Sex
There are opposing arguments about guilt sex. One contends that sex – any sex – is good for a relationship. According to that theory, guilt sex can nourish one's relationship and strengthen the bond between partners. The other sees guilt sex as a form of coercion. It is not the best foundation of a healthy relationship. How one sees guilt sex depends on the individual. If guilt sex makes any of the partners feel bad, it is better to seek a therapist's help and have sex only when both partners are in the mood.
