A non-ejaculatory orgasm specifically refers to an orgasm that occurs in the absence of ejaculation. In this situation, an orgasm is experienced, but no ejaculatory fluid is released. A non-ejaculatory orgasm separates the two physiological processes that normally occur simultaneously in men.
