A yestergay is a professed homosexual that reverts back to heterosexuality after a long period of time. It is often used to refer to gay men, although can be used to describe females as well.

The term is a combination of the words yesterday and gay, which combined mean an individual who was once homosexual, but no longer subscribes to the sexual orientation of homosexuality. The term is used to describe those who revert from homosexuality to heterosexuality with a change in their sexual orientation, but it is also used to describe those who identify as bisexual. An individual who identified as homosexual, then later discovers him or herself to be bisexual and in a heterosexual relationship might be referred to as a yestergay.
