The Revo 2 is one of my favorite toys of 2013, alongside the Fun Factory Stronic Zwei and ElectraStim Urethra Probe and, for a time, it was the only toy I would use anally. If you've never tried an anal toy before ... Well, the Revo 2 may not be for you. Although it isn't huge, it's not really a beginner's toy and is quite expensive if you're not even sure if you like anal play. However, for seasoned anal practitioners and, in particular, those of you who enjoy prostate massage, this is possibly the toy for you. It's certainly my favorite prostate toy. It really is one that can be used alone or with a partner. Now, it's not a butt plug as such, so it won't stay in during sex, if that's what your looking for. But if you want a toy that will give your partner amazing sensations whilst you stimulate them in other ways (prostate massage with a hand or blow job, anyone?) that also feels amazing if they use it on their own, this is the gift you're looking for.
Personally, I tend to use mine on my own. I just slip it in, turn it on, then lie back and feel awesome. It's the closest thing I've felt to an actual prostate massage. It's powerful, too. You can clench as hard as you can and you won't stop it form moving inside you.
So, yes, the Nexus Revo 2 is one of my top three toys of 2013 and would make a fantastic gift for a sexually aware partner or lover. Aside from its awesome performance, it's nicely packaged, completely body safe and comes with a really cool magnetic USB charger. You also get a neat little pouch for storage.
