Bondage Tape

Bondage tape is a type of tape that is often used in erotic bondage and BDSM scenes. Unlike traditional adhesive tape, such as duct tape, bondage tape does not stick to anything but itself. This makes it much safer and more comfortable for the person being bound, because it will not stick to skin. It can even be used to blindfold or gag a person, because it does not stick to hair. It is also much less likely to leave visible marks than other restraint methods, such as rope, handcuffs, or other bondage equipment. Some bondage tape can even be unwound, washed and reused.

As with all bondage play, safety should be the No.1 concern when using bondage tape. When restraining a partner, always make sure that the tape is flat on the body and not too tight. If the tape twists or is too tight, it can cut off circulation to extremities, which can result in tissue damage. Also, never leave a bound person unattended, and always be ready with a pair of blunt-tipped scissors to remove the tape in an emergency situation.
