Rope Dress

A rope dress is rooted in Kinbaku, which is Japanese-style “tight binding.” It is practised both as an art form and as bondage play. It makes use of several pieces of thin rope, tied intricately to bind the receiver/bottom. In the Western version, a rope dress is created using about 50 feet (15 meters) of rope. This is passed through and around the body several times to create a binding pattern. To cover the crotch and nipple area, a crotch rope and pearl breast harness may be used.
