Sexuality is a complex term that encompasses a rainbow of sexual identities. It pertains to how a person chooses to identify themselves sexually based on how they feel, their sexual attractions, and preferences. It is not solely about who or what gender identity they prefer to have sex with. Sexuality depends on the person, and does not consider what others think of the person.
More About Sexuality
While sexuality is fluid and can change for each person over time, there are common labels of sexual identity. This includes straight, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and asexual. Even with these labels, a person's sexual identity depends on themselves; and they shouldn't be subjected to abuse or discrimination for it. Unfortunately, abuse and discrimination based on sexuality exist in modern society.
