Q:

What is an anal orgasm and what does it feel like?

A:

Orgasms are amazing, euphoric and energizing. Anal orgasms can feel even better than genital orgasms. Primarily, they can be experienced in two ways, by people with a prostate and people without a prostate.

When men have anal orgasms, the experience is more intense (many say doubled) than a genital orgasm. Similar to a g-spot orgasm for a woman, it’s generally a larger, more full bodied, intense climax that lasts longer (sometime in multiple waves) and makes you cum more. When coupled with a prostate massage, the anal orgasm becomes even more intense. This also helps decrease the refractory period. Normally it can take a person with a pennis 20 to 30 minutes to get erect again after the first orgasm. With a prostate anal orgasm, the time may be reduced down to five or ten minutes. Prostate play can also increase the amount of cum generated from orgasm, although the fluid can be a little thinner. Including a prostate massage with an anal orgasm carries the benefit of reducing the rate of prostate cancer.

An anal prostate orgasm is easy to give to anyone with a prostate. Lube up the anus and whatever you’re inserting, whether it's a finger, toy, or penis and slide it into the rectum. You can also stimulate the receiver’s penis during insertion by adding a handjob with butt sex, or a blowjob with anal fingering. The end goal here is to produce a huge anal orgasm.

Although little to nothing has been done to prove the existence of an anal orgasm in people without prostates, women also report an orgasm that feels similar to a g-spot orgasm while having anal sex. These anal orgasms exclude direct stimulation to either the clitoris or the g-spot, and result from anal contact only. The anus and rectum are both erogenous zones. Anal sex can stimulate areas next to the pudendal, perineal, and rectal nerve clusters, which may assist the g-spot in stimulating an orgasm. So, even if the evidence is anecdotal, all the plumbing is so close together, it’s easy to see how and why women achieve this type of orgasm. Anal orgasms are a new and uncharted area for many. So be an explorer (a Butt Scout, perhaps?) and check out the nether regions of your body. The only way to have an anal orgasm, and possibly the best orgasm of your life, is to try one.
