Always on the lookout for ways to increase your penis size? Turns out, you're not the only one. Studies done in 2006 show that almost half of men in heterosexual relationships wanted a bigger penis.
The honest truth is: there aren't a whole lot of ways to increase penis size; really, most doctors say there's virtually no way to permanently increase your penis size unless you're medically diagnosed with a micropenis.

I'm honestly waiting for the day where science figures out a penis lengthening surgery as they've done for breast implants, but until that day comes...there are definitely ways to make your penis "feel" larger - and sex positions and toys can make a drastic difference during partnered sex.
Changing the angle that you and your partner approach sex can really change how large your penis will feel inside the body. Compressing the receiver's anal or vaginal canal can make the penis feel larger while inside. You can also experiment with positions that better expose the hole for penetration. By moving body parts and body squish out of the way, you can effectively "lengthen" the penis for intercourse - because it doesn't "lose" any length to the obstacles before it even makes it inside.
But, we definitely think it needs to be said: a large penis certainly isn't necessary - or even desired by most sexual partners!
A Large Penis Isn't Necessary to Hit Most Erogenous Zones
While penis size can matter a whole lot for personal reasons, turns out, during intercourse, it might not matter a whole lot. Most of the pleasure-packed spots for a vulva happen to be located outside of the vagina - like the clitoris and labia.
When you slide things inside, the first inch of the vaginal canal is the most sensitive - with spots beyond that responding best to fullness or pressure - which can be hard for a penis of any size to provide.

Take the g-spot for example. A lot of people are unable to hit that during intercourse - regardless of penis size! Since the g-spot is located at a curve from the entrance, it can take some serious position finagling, a slightly curved penis, and a shallow g-spot to make it all line up during intercourse. So you might not be "missing out" on much there!
The same can be said about anal intercourse with a penis-owning person. The most sensitive pleasure areas will include the penis itself, the testicles, the perineum, the outer ring of the anus, and the first inch or two of the anal canal. All of these areas can be reached without needing a massive peen.
There's also the prostate - which is located inside of the butt. Much like the g-spot, it can be hard to reach during intercourse unless the p-spot-owner happens to have a shallower p-spot.
So, penis size may not be as big of a deal in pleasuring your partner as you think it is.
Technique Matters More
Sex for a person with a gigantic penis can be just as unsatisfying as it can be for a a person with a small penis. Turns out, it's a lot more about technique than penis size. You have the penis you have - but you can certainly learn what positions work best for your size, what sensations your partner wants to enjoy during intercourse, what movement feels best for them, what foreplay they love most, and more.
It's about the entire package - not just the size of your package!
Essentially, you have the stuff you have. Now learn how to rock it for the most satisfying sex. (It might surprise you to know that guys with large penises find many sex positions off-limits due to their size. Everyone has to learn to work with what they have!)
Some people genuinely just like penetration by large objects. The feeling of fullness and the sensation of stretching really gets them going; we spend a lot of time talking about why people enjoy being size queens/kings/royalty in our Beginner's Guide to Anal Stretching article.
If your partner happens to be one of those people, don't feel too left out! For a lot of stretchers, biological penis sizes may not whet their whistle at all - regardless of size - which is why a lot of people into anal stretching will move onto large dildos and thick toys.
If you'd like to actively be involved during intercourse with someone who identifies as size royalty, think about strap-on harnesses. They'll allow you to simply strap-on your partner's dildo of choice to pleasure them - and you'll get to experience the intimacy of being together with them in a whole new way.
Toys Can Make the Difference
Speaking of sex toys, did you know that sex toys can really "make the difference" when it comes to pleasuring a partner - regardless of penis size? Really, I'm a pretty big advocate for body safe sex toys no matter what: if you can add tools in the bedroom that increase the pleasure, why not?!
If you're looking to add more fullness to your intercourse, sex toys can help there too. There's no reason you need to, but for a lot of people, experimentation and new sensations can be a whole lot of fun. If that sounds appealing for the two of you, I'd recommend looking into penis extenders - or other penis-enhancing toys.

One of the easiest toys to put is the Zero Tolerance Vibrating Girth Enhancer Extender. This thick vibrator straps onto the penis - to add thickness while also adding vibrations. The two straps help keep it fastened in place, and the additional bump along the top adds vibrational stimulation to the outside of where you penetrate - like the anal entrance, perineum, or the clitoris. You both get fuller sensations - while also adding orgasmic vibrations to the mix with two powerful motors (win-win!) Plus, it's remote-controlled!
All of those can make it easy to change your penis size in seconds - and many of them don't rely on an erection either - which can make it easier to enjoy "intercourse-on-demand" when your body may not otherwise be cooperating.
If you prefer to avoid anything strapped onto the penis, you might consider checking out a couple's vibrator for vaginal sex. Some of the We-Vibe vibrators are U-shaped toys - one half of the U slides into the vagina while the other half of the "U" stays outside of the body and rests on the clitoris. This adds some fullness during intercourse - but also provides a lot of hands-free pleasure to the clitoris too. We're not complaining about that!
Sex Positions That Make a Small Penis Feel Larger
All of that isn't to say that you might not be experiencing some frustration with your length. Most notably, a lot of people with smaller penises may find that the penis slips or falls out more often - especially in certain sex positions. I don't think I know a single person who finds that fun or enjoyable - regardless of penis size.
Preventing that can be as simple as finding the best sex position that works for you and your length. Certain sex positions will reduce interfering elements (like legs or the squishy bits of the butt) which can reduce how close you can get to your partner. Other sex positions might compress the vaginal or anal canal - which can make everything feel tighter - and may make intercourse feel different for both of you. It's just a matter of experimenting - and finding what works for you.
If the penis is on the smaller size, these sex positions could be perfect:
Happy Baby Position
What It Is: Derived from the yoga pose of the same name, Happy Baby Position leaves the receiving partner on their back with their legs fully spread and open. Since this moves the flesh of the thighs out of the way, shortens the vaginal canal and provides a great angle to hit the g-spot, this position is really an A+ winner for making the penis feel larger.
How to Get Into It: The receiving partner lies on their back and attempts to make their knees touch their shoulders. The exact angle you're able to achieve will vary based on your flexibility. The receiving partner might find it most comfortable to use their arms to help hold the legs in place (though sex position aids like the Sportsheets Sex Sling are specifically designed to help hold things in place too!). The penetrating partner climbs on top like they're going to do the missionary position.

The Turtle Position
What It Is: This rear entry sex position is the from-behind position you're going to fall in love with when looking for sex positions to make the penis feel larger. With the receiving partner curled up into a ball in the Turtle, the vaginal or anal canal feels tighter for both partners. With the hips on full display, this position also allows the penetrating partner to take a firm grip of the hips for deeper and more powerful thrusting too - which can help add even more sensation. (The I Like It Doggie Style hip strap or Sportsheets Plus Size Doggie Strap can be a great fit here!) This sex position can work great for strap-on sex positions too!
How to Get Into It: The receiving partner gets onto all fours on the bed (or floor). They press their face into the bed/floor (a pillow can be added for comfort and breathing) while wrapping their arms around the back of their knees as best as possible. This position naturally puts the butt in the air - which makes it easy for the penetrating partner to slide in behind them.
Missionary Vibes Position
What It Is: We'd guess you've probably done missionary before. However, adding a u-shaped couple's vibrator during intercourse can help change everything about missionary - and make every part of missionary feel even tighter. The U-shaped We-Vibe Chorus couples vibrator is designed for hands-free pleasure of the vagina during p in v or strap-on sex intercourse. One end of it stays outside of the body to pleasure the clitoris while the other end slips inside alongside the penis. This added thickness helps everything feel tighter - and makes the penis feel larger during sex.

How to Get Into It: The receptive partner should lay back on the bed. Cover the insertable portion of the We-Vibe vibrator in a bit of water-based lube and slide it into the vagina. The penetrating partner can then kneel between the receptive partner's legs and slide themselves inside. I recommend using lube on the penis as well - even if you don't usually use it - because it will help the penis slide alongside the We-Vibe. Be aware that the added vibrations (and pleasure!) in this position might lead to faster orgasms too!
The Bound Love Triangle Position
What It Is: Consider the Bound Love Triangle a modified version of the Turtle Sex Position. The added height of the Liberator Wedge and Ramp combo makes it possible for the penetrating partner to stand during this position - and it also provides a downward angle for the penis that can really zero-in right on the g-spot. Since the receiving partner is bent at a tight angle, it helps compress the vaginal or anal canal for a tighter experience for both partners. Plus, you can easily swap in a piece of Black Label Liberator Sex Furniture or add wrist and ankle kinky restraints to this position. Why else would it be called the "Bound" Love Triangle Position?
How to Get Into It: Start with the Liberator Ramp. Stack the Liberator Wedge on top of it. (Their non-slip surfaces will make them easily grip together). The receiving partner climbs on top of this stack and rests their upper chest and face onto the Liberator Wedge while placing their butt in the air. The receiving partner comes up from behind to penetrate their partner. (These sex shapes are also available in the Liberator Wedge Plus and the Liberator Ramp Plus to work for couples of all sizes! Or buy the Liberator Wedge/Ramp Plus Combo!)
What It Is: Unlike the much-more-athletic Standing Wheelbarrow Position, the Seated Wheelbarrow is more accessible to a larger audience. Neither person has to support the entirety of their own weight, but you still get all of the benefits of the unique angles of the Wheelbarrow position. Since the penis is at the perfect angle to easily enter the vagina or anus and the skin of the thighs is entirely out of the way, the Seated Wheelbarrow position offers very deep penetration that can make the penis feel larger during intercourse. (If you're looking to do anal sex with this position, the receiving partner will want to face upwards towards the ceiling - like the start of a tricep dip).
How to Get Into It: The penetrating partner sits on the edge of a bed. While it may not feel elegant, the receptive partner will then get into place by placing a thigh on either side of the penetrating partner's hips. Most people will find it easiest for the receiving partner to get on all-fours on the floor in front of their partner - then use their partner's help to move each leg into position, one at a time. With the legs in position, the penetrating partner can slide inside. (Don't be afraid to reposition the skin of the thighs for comfort or more depth!)
Snug Rider Position
What It Is: In this modified version of the Rider On Top Position, the penetrating partner straps on the Vibrating Girth Enhancer Extension before penetration. Not only does the Enhancer extension add two motors of vibrating pleasure during intercourse, but it also adds girth to the penis - and instantly makes the penis feel larger during intercourse. While the Vibrating Girth Enhancer can be used in any sex position, this position is a great choice for first exploration of the vibrating toy as it allows the receptive partner to control the pace of penetration.

How to Get Into It: Once the penis is erect, the Vibrating Girth Enhancer Extension can be strapped onto the penis - and you can turn it on to sync it with the remote. The receiving partner then climbs on top to slide the penis inside of themselves. I recommend going slowly during insertion while wearing the Vibrating Girth Enhancer to make sure it slides in alongside the penis. (You might find that covering the vibe and penis in a condom keeps things moving together Just note you that the condom won't offer you protection if you are using it this way. Adding a vibe into a condom may harm it's effectiveness.)
I recommend taking things slow; the sex toy can add some good girth, so you might be surprised when things feel a lot tighter than usual. If the partner on top wants to lean forward, it can help compress the vaginal or anal canal to make things feel a bit tighter, but the Vibrating Girth Enhancer Extension will also be adding some serious girth to the usual sensations of Cowgirl. Don't forget to wiggle the Vibrating Girth Enhancer around to ensure that the clitoral nub is in the right place if the person-on-top happens to have a clitoris!
Hamstring Stretch Position
What It Is: The Hamstring Stretch position uses a sex position cushion to elevate the hips, while the penetrating partner slides into the vagina or butt in this modified-missionary position. Since the receiving partner leaves their legs on top of the penetrating partner's shoulders, this can quickly become a hamstring stretch - hence the name of the sex position. Since the Hamstring Stretch position pushes the thighs towards the head, it moves flesh out of the way and leaves the vagina on display for deeper penetration. With deeper stretches, it can also help compress the vaginal canal too.

I recommend some experimentation with this position, though. Depending on your flexibility level, you might not be comfortable with the amount of hamstring stretch required in order to achieve a sex position that helps the penis feel larger.
How to Get Into It: The receptive partner should lie down on the bed with their hips elevated by a sex furniture cushion - like the Liberator Axis. The penetrating partner then knees facing their partner with their knees touching the sex position cushion. The receptive partner places their legs up on their partner's shoulder. The penetrating partner slowly leans in (with their partner's legs on their shoulders) as they slide inside their partner. You'll want to take this position slowly to figure out where everyone's flexibility lies - and make sure things stay on the sensually comfortable side of things.
The Bottom Line on Sex Positions that Make the Penis Feel Larger
Almost every sex position can be modified to help make the penis feel larger; you just might have to experiment a bit! Look for ways to get the squish of the butt and thighs out of the way, ways to compress the sexual canals with tight angles, and fun, body-safe sex toys to use that can instantly change any sex position into a better fit for the two of you. With a bit of creativity and experimentation, I'm pretty sure you're going to find a lot of possibilities to fall in love with.
